Order Processing & Shipping Times

Please allow 24-48 business hours for your order to be processed. We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping times vary and can be up to 5-10 business days for some orders. You will receive an email when your order is shipped.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.

Order History

For all orders placed at The Angel Pause Boutique, you can find information about your order by logging into your account on the Angel Pause Boutique My Account page by clicking here.

For orders placed on the Official MaryKay Angel Pause Online Store, please log in to your MK account on the Mary Kay website by clicking here.

Order Returns

We have a 7-day return policy for certain collections (i.e. lounge wear, fitness wear, girl wear collections) and a 30 day return policy on all other products.

The following items are considered final sale and are not returnable:

*Shape Wear, Swimwear, Bodysuits, Intimates, Jewelry

This means for acceptable items, you have the window of time mentioned above after receiving your item to request a return. 

For other self care and beauty items, you have 30 days from date of receipt. Please contact us at contact@theangelpause.com to initiate these returns. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original clear garment packaging with SKU label. Orders returned without meeting the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may declined all together. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and certain personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@theangelpause.com.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived (lost) or has been received in damaged condition, please notify our support team at contact@theangelpause.com to file a claim.

Damaged Orders: If an order has been received damaged, please take photos of the damaged item as well as the box it arrived in and send those images along with the order number to contact@theangelpause.com. Our Team will file a damage claim with the carrier on your behalf. Once a claim has been filed, we can either reship the order to you or issue a full refund to your original form of payment.

Lost Orders: If the shipment has been lost, we will file a trace with the carrier to locate your order. If the shipment is found, the package will be delivered. If the shipment is unable to be located, we will issue full credit back to your account.
